Dubbed the ‘cube’ and situated on the Rackheath Industrial Estate on the outskirts of Norwich, the building which is a training centre run by Broadland District Council, has many great ecologically efficient features including triple glazing, rainwater harvesting system, solar panels, high standards of insulation and automatic lighting. We think it’s a great building, and energy efficient too!
